Product Care Information:

I use professional techniques to achieve the highest quality, however, please remember that each item is handcrafted and only by following the care instructions is the best way to prevent damage and to extend the life of your product.

Damages to items due to not following directions are not responsibility of Alexandria Design Co. and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Jewelry Care: 

  • Keep away from moisture and harsh chemicals
  • When not in use store in a closed box or bag
  • Let perfumes and lotions dry before wearing jewelry
  • Remove before showering and entering water
  • Remove before running or working out 
  • Always remove jewelry before sleeping

Apparel Care:

  • Turn inside out when washing
  • Do NOT bleach
  • Machine wash cold
  • Tumble dry on low
  • Do NOT dry clean
  • Do NOT iron

 

 Shipping Policy:

  • Our goal at the Alexandria Design Co. is to process your order same day, however please allow up to 3 business days from the day it is placed to be processed
  • Once your order has processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to shipAll orders are shipped from Millbrook, AL through USPS, and the occasional UPS. Local Pick up is available, but it must be a scheduled date & time in advance.
  • Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a fulfillment notification via EMAIL. *Each email will say your order has shipped even if you have contacted for local pick up, I am unable to change this so please remember if you opt for local pick up.

***Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Holidays.***

Once Alexandria Design Co. drops packages off they become property of USPS.

Return Policy:

I love all of my customers and strive for 100% customer satisfaction!

I check all of my products for defects before shipping to customers, but if you have found a defect or the item isn't what you thought, sizing is wrong, etc. and need to return an item please see the following: - I do not issue cash or credit card refunds, but I do offer store credit or an exchange if that item is still available.

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date your item was delivered for online purchases.
  • Return/exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Alexandria Design Co. will not be held responsible for lost or damaged/missing items.  If you return an item and it is lost in transit, please contact the shipping company. I suggest having a tracking number or insurance on your returned shipments.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted rate or with store credit is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Example(s): coupon codes, final mark downs, an item not purchased at full price, sale items.
  • Clothing Apparel must be un-washed, un-worn, all tags must still be attached and free of all stains to include makeup/deodorant stains, no smoke odor, free of animal hair or damaged in any way.
  • Jewelry, Accessories, and any other Non-Clothing items are Non-Refundable.

Please contact me with a photo of the defective or damaged item with a detailed description to resolve any concerns. if you had a piece of apparel or jewelry arrive broken, damaged, or has an issue with a finding I am happy to send an exchange replacement!
