Shipping Policy:
- Our goal at Alexandria Design Co. is to process your order same day, however please allow up to 3 business days from the day it is placed to be processed.
- Once your order has processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to ship. All orders are shipped from Millbrook, AL through USPS, and the occasional UPS. Local Pick up is available, but it must be a scheduled date & time in advance.
- Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a fulfillment notification via EMAIL.
***Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Holidays.***
